“We contacted the studio about a wall of living-room storage. The brief was quite specific: hide the router and cables while keeping books and a few objects visible. Because the room is in Pilar de la Horadada, we asked specifically about seasonal living patterns; it was covered in the proposed sequence. They asked sensible questions, showed us where the first idea would have caused problems and set out the revised layout clearly. The finish has been easy to maintain, which mattered to us as much as the appearance.”
